Awards and Achievement Levels
Points needed to reach each award level are a total of the points from the previous level, plus the new points earned to reach the next highest level. For example, to reach a Conservation Pathfinder award level, you will need to complete new activities totaling 1,000 points to add to the 2,000 points of Conservation Explorer.
Conservation Pioneer
Participants become Conservation Pioneers by signing their pledge cards which are included in the Pioneer Packets. Each Pioneer receives a Pioneer zipper pull and a bumper sticker. Work toward the next level may begin.
Conservation Tracker
The requirements for the status of Conservation Tracker are to start a Conservation Frontiers notebook (Activity 1) and earn a total of 1,000 points. Each Tracker receives a Frontiers water bottle.
Conservation Explorer
You become a Conservation Explorer by earning a total of 2,000 points. Each Explorer receives a hand lens to help study and explore nature.
Conservation Pathfinder
A total of 3,000 points is required to become a Pathfinder. Each Pathfinder receives a Pathfinder patch and Frontiers t-shirt.
Conservation Pathfinder Steward
When you earn a total of 5,000 points, you become a Pathfinder Steward. Each Pathfinder Steward receives Conservation Trails, a book of Missouri hiking trails.
Conservation Pathfinder Master
The requirement for reaching the level of Pathfinder Master is a total of 7,000 points. Each Pathfinder Master will receive a bucket-style fishing hat.
Conservation Homesteader
The requirement for the status of Homesteader is to earn a total of 9,000 points. Each Homesteader receives the Missouri Nature Viewing Guide, a book on watching wildlife.
Conservation Homesteader Steward
To achieve the Homesteader Steward level, a total of 12,000 points is required. Each Home-steader Steward will receive a compass and a Frontiers belt pack.
Conservation Homesteader Master
A total of 15,000 points is required to become a Homesteader Master. Each Homesteader Master receives a pair of Frontiers binoculars.
Conservation Trailblazer
The Conservation Trailblazer award is reached with a total of 18,000 points. Each Trailblazer is awarded a limited edition sterling silver medal.
Conservation Trailblazer Steward
To reach the Trailblazer Steward level, a total of 22,000 points is required. Each Trailblazer Steward receives a steward pin (not shown) and a mini flashlight.
Conservation Trailblazer Master
A total of 26,000 points is required to reach the Trailblazer Master level. Each Trailblazer Master receives a master pin (not shown) and a backpack.
Missouri Conservationist
The Missouri Conservationist award represents the highest level of achievement and a total of 30,000 approved points is required. Each Missouri Conservationist is awarded a plaque with a limited edition print signed by the artist.
