Do I need an email address to use the MDC OnLine Application System?
No. However, you will receive more timely correspondence regarding your application and the job opportunities you apply for if you provide an email address.
Do I need a password to use the MDC OnLine Application System?
The password is used to ensure security for your personal information and is a requirement to apply for a full-time position. To apply for a temporary position, you need to submit a resume or request an application from the individual listed on the job posting and do not complete an on-line application.
How many times can I change my password?
You may change your password as many times and as often as you like.
What if I forgot my password?
If you previously registered to use the MDC Employment Opportunities System and have forgotten your password, you may click the 'Forgot Password' link on the left navigation bar. You will be requested to answer the question you entered at the time of registration or you may call Human Resources at MDC to obtain your password. You will be given your password after verifying your identity.
How do I change information (address, phone number, email address) once it is entered ?
You can update any information on your electronic application as often as needed by simply logging on to the the MDC Employment Opportunities System and making the necessary changes.
Is there any cost associated with using MDC OnLine Application System?
There is no charge.
If I register to use MDC Employment Opportunities System but run out of time to complete all of the screens, can I log off and return later to enter the rest of my information?
Yes. To access the MDC Employment Opportunities System again, you need to log on using the ID and password you originally used to set up your profile. Once you have logged in, click the page link in the My Profile menu box to go to the page you need to complete.
What happens to my data after I have entered my application into MDC Employment Opportunities System?
Your application will remain active until such time as there is no activity on the application (no jobs applied for, no modifications to the profile) for a twelve-month period. After twelve consecutive months of inactivity, you will be required to register as a new applicant and complete a new profile.
Do I need to change any of my computer settings in order to use the MDC Employment Opportunities System?
